1. Guidelines and Reminders in the Use of School Facilities
(Remedios Martinez Conference Room and OJH Civic Center)
– Fill up Reservation Form (two copies for Conference Room and four copies for Civic Center) and submit to the Office of the President at least three days before the event.
– Request will not be facilitated for the late submission of reservation form unless there is an approval from the School Director.
In using the Conference Room:
– Pile up monobloc chairs after use.
– Turn off and unplug all electrical devices when not in use and secure the room before leaving.
– Return all equipment (e.g. LCD projector, netbook) to the Office of the President.
– Damage or loss of the borrowed equipment will be charged to the requesting party.
2. Off-Campus Activity
Shann Nicole Marie C. Sanz (10E) will be our school’s representative for the Division Oratorical Contest (Division Level Elimination) on June 25, 2016.
She will be excused from her classes during the 2nd, 3rd & 5th periods this morning to practice with her trainer, Ms. Yolanda Murillo.
3. To All Subject Teachers
There will be a departmental meeting at 3: 30 – 4: 20 this afternoon.- The Independent/Cooperative Learning (I/CL) Period of the Grade 10 will be suspended to give time for the said meeting.

– With the onset of the rainy season, come the diseases. To prevent from getting sick, let us keep the germs away by practicing “Respiratory Etiquette or Good Health Manners”
– Cover nose, and mouth when sneezing, coughing or blowing your nose. Throw tissue in a trash bin as soon as you can.
– Always wash hands after sneezing, coughing or blowing nose.
– Try to stay at home if you have fever.
– See your doctor as soon as you can if you have cough and fever, and follow their instructions.
– Do not share food, utensils or beverage containers with others.
– Do not share things like towels, cigarettes, lipstick, ball pens or anything else that might be contaminated with respiratory germs.
– Avoid close contact with people who are sick, if possible.
– Stay up to date on immunizations, get vaccinations for flu and pneumonia as recommended for your age and health conditions.
– The Medical and Dental Examinations for Grade 7 will start on Monday, June 20, 2016.

For the Club Moderators
Due to the ongoing construction, club bulletin boards located along the covered path walk from room 8H going to the AVR will be relocated to the covered path walk beside the ground floor of the library annex. As such, the club bulletin – making contest which is due on June 16, 2016 is POSTPONED until further notice.
May we also request the club moderators of already fixed club bulletin boards to remove posts and pins that of the previous school year.
The COCOSA office is hoping for your understanding and consideration in such matter. Thank you very much.
CLUB RECRUITMENT WEEK
The celebration of the Club Recruitment Week is on June 20 – 24, 2016. Students are encouraged to join a club of their choice. Registration is at the Civic Center Lobby from Monday to Wednesday every recess, lunch break, and afternoon dismissal.
