  1. October 19 (Thursday) is declared as a Special Non-working Holiday in celebration of the Bacolod City Charter Day. All departments and offices are advised to secure important and confidential documents as well as personal belongings, and unplug all electrical devices/equipment. Classes resumes on October 20, 2016, Friday.
  1. The 2nd Quarter Examinations will be on October 23-26, 2017. Students are reminded to study the covered lessons, attend the tutorial, and secure the exam permits.

  • Istorya ng Pag-asa (INP) is a traveling photo gallery featuring extraordinary stories of ordinary Filipinos. Through words and portraits, the project aims to inspire, empower and be a source of hope for all. INP is an initiative of the Office of the Vice President, aiming to direct our social conversations away from animosity toward positivity by spreading stories of hope featuring ordinary Filipinos who triumph over adversity.

CULMINATION OF THE ROSARY MONTH

Day School

There will be a culmination of the Rosary month after the examination of October 26, 2017 at the OJH Civic Center.

Schedule for the day school:

11:00 AM to 11:20 AM- Praise Jam
11:20 AM to 11:30 AM instructions
11:30 AM to 12:00 noon Praying of the Holy Rosary

Everybody is invited to join.

Night School

After the examination: Praise Jam, Talk, Rosary, Holy Eucharist

Please bring your statement of account (SOA) or inform your parents to bring the SOA when paying the examination dues to the cashier.  There will be a fine of Twenty Pesos (PhP 20.00) for those who do not have SOA.  The charging of fine will be on October 20-26, 2017.

For those students who have FULLY PAID their tuition and fees, please be reminded that you are required to present the Official Receipt stamped with “EXAM PERMIT” to your adviser before or during the exam. Failure to present the Official Receipt will mean that you have to pay a fine of PhP 20.00 for another issuance of exam permit.

  2. There will be no priority lane for student/s during recess/break.
