January 3, 2018 – Reporting of GSD personnel in preparation for classes.

Deadline of Donation P 220.00 will be this Friday December 15, 2017. Candidates should present their Receipt number to their Homeroom LAMIVO Coordinator who in turn will record it on the sheets given by CHRISTIAN PAUL DE JESUS of class 9H. The sheets should be passed to Christian Paul De Jesus on December 15, 2017 before 6:00 PM.
For Grade 10 students and faculty confirmation candidates, please see MR. HAROLD RIO. Sir Harold will record it on the Record sheet. NO RECEIPT, NO RECORD.

– Click the link that will be sent through email to activate the account.
Answer the Application Form
– Login to ovap.deped.gov.ph
– Fill up the form
– After successful completion of the form, check your email to download and print the Confirmation Slip
Deadline of Submission – Online Applications: February 28, 2018
Release of Results
The PEAC shall process all complete applications and supporting documents. DepEd shall release the results on the 2nd quarter of 2018. Successful applicants may download their Qualified Voucher Recipient certificate through their OVAP account.
