  1. Third Mid-quarter Examinations (December 11 – 15, 2017)

All students are reminded to give their best in their exams and present the exam permits to their homeroom advisers.

Deadline of Donation P 220.00 will be this Friday December 15, 2017. Candidates should present their Receipt number to their Homeroom LAMIVO Coordinator who in turn will record it on the sheets given by CHRISTIAN PAUL DE JESUS of class 9H. The sheets should be passed to Christian Paul De Jesus on December 15, 2017 before 6:00 PM.

Please bring your statement of account (SOA) or inform your parents to bring the SOA when paying the examination dues to the cashier.  There will be a fine of Twenty Pesos (PhP 20.00) for those who do not have SOA.  The charging of fine will be on December 11-15, 2017.

For those students who have FULLY PAID their tuition and fees, please be reminded that you are required to present the Official Receipt stamped with “EXAM PERMIT” to your adviser before or during the exam. Failure to present the Official Receipt will mean that you have to pay a fine of PhP 20.00 for another issuance of exam permit.

  1. In this schedule, Cashiers will entertain/receive payments if there are still clients after 5:00 pm.

  3. There will be no priority lane for student/s during recess/break.
  4. All clients (student, parent, and guardian) should get the cashier priority number.
