School Bulletin – July 20, 2018
Today is the Feast Day of St. Margaret of Antioch
GOD’S WORD FOR TODAY: “I desire mercy and not sacrifice” Matthew 12:1-8
REFLECTION: What does the commandment “keep holy the Sabbath” require of us?
PRAYER:“Lord, make us to walk in your way: Where there is love and wisdom, there is neither fear nor ignorance; where there is patience and humility, there is neither anger nor annoyance; where there is poverty and joy, there is neither greed nor avarice; where there is peace and contemplation, there is neither care nor restlessness; where there is the fear of God to guard the dwelling, there no enemy can enter; where there is mercy and prudence, there is neither excess nor harshness; this we know through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Prayer of Francis of Assisi, 1182-1226)
Advanced happy birthday to Ms. Donna Bermudez who will be celebrating her birthday on Monday, July 23. More power and God bless!
To All Students
Please be reminded of the following:
- Take care of all our school facilities, most especially of our Civic Center.
- Be early in coming to school at all times. Students who are not in their respective classrooms during the morning/afternoon prayers and homeroom period will be marked late.
- Prepare and be ready with your needs and requirements for school. In circumstances when your parents have to come to school for your needs and other concerns, they must secure a Visitor’s Pass from the School Guard and go directly to the PREFECT’S OFFICE concerned for assistance.
- Take care of your personal belongings. Please bring your bags/things with you wherever you go during class dismissals. DO NOT leave them in the canteen area, in the guard house, and most especially in the waiting area outside our school gate.
- Maintain the cleanliness in your classrooms/areas and comfort rooms.
