October 19 (Friday) is declared as a Special Non-working Holiday in celebration of the Bacolod City Charter Day. All departments and offices are advised to secure important and confidential documents as well as personal belongings, and unplug all electrical devices/equipment.

 

The Sports Fest Week will be on October 22 – 26, 2018. The No Lunch Out Policy will be enforced in the whole duration of the activity.

THAILAND INTERNATIONAL (CORRESPONDENCE) MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD (TIMO) will be on October 20, 2018 (Saturday) – 8:30 AM at TRINITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, Villa Angela Subdivision. Bacolod City. All registered participants to the aforementioned competition are requested to report to Room 7A at 4:30 PM today for the final orientation, parental permit, and schedule of review. There will be available Sacrament of Confession on October 18, 2018 from 7:00 to 7:30 AM at the School Chapel. Holy Eucharist follows by 7:30 AM.

Sacrament of Confirmation

GRADE 9 DAY SCHOOL and NIGHT SCHOOL

Those who will be joining the Sacrament of Confirmation will settle the donation of P 230.00 at the Finance Resource Department. The proceeds will be used for the following:

P 200.00 for the Documents of the Sacrament of Confirmation

P 15.00 stipend for the Sacrament of Reconciliation

P 15.00 food of the visitors

Grade 10 students who would like to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation will submit to the LAMIVO office a photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate and the following details in a 1/4 sheet of paper:

The medical community has designated October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Women who detect any of the following signs or symptoms should see a doctor:

  • A lump in a breast
  • A pain in the armpits or breast that does not seem to be related to the woman’s menstrual period
  • Pitting or redness of the skin of the breast; like the skin of an orange
  • A rash around or on one of the nipples
  • A swelling or lump in one of the armpits
  • An area of thickened tissue in a breast
