VISITATION OF THE RELIC OF ST. JOHN BAPTIST DE LA SALLE

The relic will be in our school from October 14 to November 9, 2019. There will be a welcoming ritual at 9:30 in the morning. May we request the school administrators, faculty and staff to check the schedules on your e-mail account. Please take note of your respective slots.

To all students, kindly bring your bandanas.

Schedule on October 14, 2019, Monday:

9:20 AM–   Preparation on their respective positions

9:30 AM–   Travel of the Relic of the founder from University of St. La Salle to St. Joseph School- La Salle

  • Welcoming of the Relic at the Parking Lot/ Gate 2 of the School by the School Administrators,

                        Office Head, Staff, COCOSA Officers, LAMIVO-JCM, YMC and SJAL

  • Solemn Procession around the SchoolParking area, in front of St. Joseph’s Hall, Library,

    Canteen to OJH Civic Center Civic Center                     

Each grade level should be on their respective post:

Grade 10- Front of Alfredo Montelibano Elementary School, Corazon Locsin Elementary School until the Parking Lot gate of St. Joseph School- La Salle

Grades 8 and 9 will be at their corridors while waving their bandanas.

Grade 7 will be at the Oscar J. Hilado Civic Center.

  • Once the relic will pass, the students are expected to wave their bandanas

10:40 AM–      Celebration of the Holy Eucharist by Most Rev. Vicente M. Navarra, DD Emeritus of  Bacolod with the Parish Priest

Please bring offerings per section. No plastics in the offering.

Note:  The relic will be transferred to the School Chapel through a dignified procession after the Mass. The religious groups will join. The school Chapel will be open for the veneration of Lasallian partners and alumni.

Please bring your statement of account (SOA) or inform your parents to bring the SOA when paying the examination dues to the cashier.  There will be a fine of Twenty Pesos (PhP 20.00) for those who do not have SOA.  The charging of fine will be on October 7-11, 2019.

For those students who have FULLY PAID their tuition and fees, please be reminded that you are required to present the Official Receipt stamped with “EXAM PERMIT” to your adviser before or during the exam. Failure to present the Official Receipt will mean that you have to pay a fine of PhP 20.00 for another issuance of exam permit.
