Please be informed that the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly NSO) will be conducting the 2017 Geotagging of Building and Structures throughout the country, and our school is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. today. The primary objective of this undertaking is to update existing digitized maps to come up with accurate and reliable maps for use in data collection during census and survey operations, information dissemination activities, spatial analysis, and in the development of the sampling frames.

- Sacrament of Confirmation
GRADE 9 (Day School)
Deadline of the Donation (P 220.00) for the Sacrament of Confirmation will be on DECEMBER 15, 2017 until 5:00 PM. Please settle the donations at the Finance Resource Department and present the number of your receipt to your classroom LAMIVO coordinator.
- Grade 10 (Day and Night School) and interested Faculty and Staff
Those who would like to join the Sacrament of Confirmation, please prepare a photocopy (short sized bond paper) of your Baptismal Certificate on or before October 13, 2017. Please write down the complete name of your proposed godparent (Ninong or Ninang- one per candidate) below the photocopy. Pass your photocopy to LIZMARIE ANGEL JIMERA of Class 10C for the Day School, MA. YNA MAURICH GELLACO for the Night School or MR. HAROLD RIO for the Faculty and Staff. The donation will be P 220.00 and must be settled at the Finance Resource Department on or before December 15, 2017.

ATTENTION ALL SCHOLARS
Please be reminded of our meeting this afternoon, 3:30 p.m. at the Chapel. Grade 10 scholars will be excused from their ICL period. Attendance is a must and please come on time.
- From the Environmental Management and Social Action Office
- Green Alert Network – NIR Inc. together with SJS-LS came up with a Palupad-lupad Declaration for clean air that we will forward to the Office of the City Mayor of Bacolod City. Those who support the declaration and advocate for clean air are invited to sign the declaration. Copies of the statement were distributed to the Grade Level Prefects.
For the Faculty and Staff, you may sign the declaration posted at the guard station.
- From the Finance Resource Department
- Please bring your statement of account (SOA) or inform your parents to bring the SOA when paying the examination dues to the cashier. There will be a fine of Twenty Pesos (PhP 20.00) for those who do not have SOA. The charging of fine will be on September 15-22, 2017.
- For those students who have FULLY PAID their tuition and fees, please be reminded that you are required to present the Official Receipt stamped with “EXAM PERMIT” to your adviser before or during the exam. Failure to present the Official Receipt will mean that you have to pay a fine of PhP 20.00 for another issuance of exam permit.

Your Permanent Exam Permit is now available at the Cashier 1 (c/o Ms. RV). Please prepare P20.00 and claim it before the scheduled exam. Please PIN your Permanent Exam Permit together with your Student I.D.
